1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, downloading or using YourInvisibleEmpire.com Services, whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at http://yourinvisibleempire.com/terms-conditions/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.

This policies and procedures applies to all Invisible Empire products sold on this site or any other site owned by Invisible Empire that includes a link to this page.
- Billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
If you live outside the United States, please know that all prices on the INVISIBLE EMPIRE website, receipt, and all charges made by INVISIBLE EMPIRE are in US Dollars. Charges will post to your bank account in your currency amount. This is why you may see different charges on your statement, than you see on the receipt we sent you. Your bank may also assess a fee to convert the US Dollars to your currency. Please contact your bank and ask about currency exchange fees associated with this charge.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
We want you to feel comfortable about transacting business with us. Due to the nature of our business, the accessibility of our products immediately upon purchase, and the monthly commissions paid out to our affiliates, unless otherwise stated our products have a strict 3-day refund policy which begins on the date of your one-time or recurring purchase. Therefore, we will not accept any refund requests after 3-days of doing business. Three days is equal to three business days.
Note #1: Our 3-day refund policy does NOT apply to all of our products. For example, the majority of our information products under $100 USD feature a 365-day money back guarantee. Renaissance (our discount travel club) and Invisible Empire on the other hand does have a strict 3-day refund policy because of the hard costs associated and legalities that come with activating the membership. We clearly state a product’s refund policy in our marketing and on the checkout page before you complete your purchase. Note #2: Our refund policy does not apply to clients who finance their purchase with ABF Services, LLC. If a client chooses to use our “No Credit Check” financing through ABF Services, LLC you understand your purchase is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled until your payment obligation is met. ABF Services, LLC financing is not a payment plan, it’s consumer financing (no different than obtaining a new credit card for example) and thus you are legally bond to complete your payment obligations. - Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
- When we receive a chargeback notice, the account in which the service was purchased is immediately blocked, and all associated services in the account are terminated. Clawbacks are applied to any commissions earned by any qualifying affiliates. We alway consider chargebacks to be the result of fraud; since fraudulent purchases go hand-in-hand with credit card fraud and immediate termination of all services related to the chargeback is the best way to protect the public from harm.
- To undo a chargeback, you must contact your credit card provider and issue a chargeback reversal. Reversing the chargeback is the only way to restore a blocked account. Chargeback reversal notices are often sent by postal mail, which can result in days without access to the account or any of its services. Remember, the one and only way to restore a blocked account is to reverse the chargeback. This returns the initial funds to us, cancels the penalty fee we receive, and generally erases any “black marks” on our merchant account against us for the transaction. We do not accept additional payment for services on a different card.
3. Terms of Subscription Renewal
Invisible Empire has one-time purchase products and recurring products which will be clearly marked upon checkout.
Monthly Invisible Empire Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to “2. Cancellations and Refunds” section.
4. Affiliate and Sponsorship
4.1 Third Party Affiliates
From time to time, we will promote, endorse, or suggest products and/or services for sale that are not our own. Our recommendation is ALWAYS based on our personal belief that the product and it’s author will provide excellent and valuable information or service. This may be based on a review of that product, our personal or professional relationship with that person or company, and/or a previous positive experience with the person or company who’s product we are recommending. In most cases, we will be compensated via a commission if you decide to purchase that product based on our recommendation. In some cases, we will receive the product for free for review purposes, or just to use. In some cases, we have used that product to our personal satisfaction in our own businesses.
4.2 Invisible Empire Affiliates and Sponsorship
Invisible Empire offers an optional affiliate program (also referred to as a royalty program) to customers who fully believe in our products and/or services and would like to be compensated for referrals. In order to receive commission from the sale of our products and/or services you must have an active affiliate subscription ($19.95/month or $199/year ) and be in good standing. Invisible Empire reserves the right to terminate an affiliate at any time that is deemed to be using unethical marketing practices.
Invisible Empire operates under a “Buyer Preference” model when it comes to it’s affiliate program. This means that the buyer is free to purchase from whichever affiliate he or she chooses. When the buyer does purchase from an affiliate, all future purchases which pay commission will NOT be tied to you (the referring affiliate), unless the buyer purchases through your unique affiliate link.
5. Live Events
The events, information, and speakers listed on our Sites are subject to change without notification.
You have THIRTY (30) Days prior to the event to request a full refund of your ticket price or seat deposit. Any request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. Any unused tickets will be forfeited and are not transferable to another event.
TICKET HOLDERS MAY NOT SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, OFFER AT AUCTIONS, RESELL, DONATE, ACT AS COMMERCIAL AGENT FOR ANOTHER PARTY OR OTHERWISE TRANSFER THEIR TICKETS IN ANY WAY WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF INVISIBLE EMPIRE.
5.1 Ticket Transfers
Ticket transfers will not be processed SEVEN (7) Days prior to the event.
5.2 Free Tickets
If you qualify for one free ticket to one of our live events then you must redeem that ticket within 10 business days. After 10 business days your free ticket becomes VOID and is no longer redeemable.
To claim your free ticket will simply need to pay a ticket reservation fee of $4.95 to help cover coffee and other administration costs. Simply email Client Concierge (email@example.com) with proof of purchase and you will be given a private link to reserve your one free ticket.
Furthermore, your free ticket CANNOT be transferred under any circumstance.
6. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Invisible Empire Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Invisible Empire may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
6.1 Your Engagement
We appreciate the engagement of our clients. By the purchase and use of our products you are agreeing that your pictures, comments and videos may be used for future marketing. This includes, but is not limited to, a photo of you at one of our live events, a comment you leave on one of our course lessons, a post you make to our Facebook group, a video that you shoot sharing your experience with one of our products etc.
7. Access to Previous Purchases
As an accommodation to you, subsequent to acquiringInvisible Empire training, you may download previously acquired training (when available) onto any Associated Device. SomeInvisible Empire training or services that you previously acquired may not be available for subsequent download or access at any given time, andInvisible Empirer shall have no liability to you in such event. As you may not be able to subsequently download certain previously-acquired content or training, once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
Invisible Empire reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.
8. Social Media Groups and Communities
Entrepreneurs of all levels are welcome here. We have community members of all skill and experience levels, from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.
We want people to feel safe when using our groups and forums. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of community guidelines, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our private groups and communities, and what type of content may be reported to us and removed. Because of the diversity of our global community, please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our community guidelines.
- Entrepreneurs of all levels are welcome here.
We have members of all skill and experience levels, from college students to entrepreneurs to multi-million dollar enterprises.
- Keep it respectful
Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted, removed, or we will ask you to revise your thoughts. Everyone is here to learn and grow, so anything violating that will be removed.
- No pitching to the group
We have a strict ‘no shopping for customers’ policy in our groups. This includes pointing people to blog posts with your offers/affiliate offers and publicly asking members to join your own Facebook groups or communities. Be cautious of unsolicited private messages to group members. If we get multiple complaints that you or someone else is using private messages to make unsolicited pitches to members, you may be asked to leave. You should view the group as your peers, not your leads.
- No gated content
Content posted in the groups cannot be used to harvest leads in any way. If you need a feedback or a review, post the direct PDF, document, or screenshot. Don’t require people to opt-in to view.
- Respect confidentiality
Content gathered in our online community groups cannot be collected, repackaged, and/or shared outside the group. Every member of our communities has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
- Keep it on topic
We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
- Partnering with other members
Access to this group does not mean that Invisible Empire endorses anyone’s products or services. Please be cautious and do your due diligence when partnering with anyone in the group – don’t assume everyone is trustworthy.
- Report posts that are breaking group policies
Due to the large amount of people in our groups and communities, it’s sometimes difficult for us to catch everything. If you see a post that is questionable, please report it, tag our community manager in the comments, or reach out to our community manger directly via private message so our team can review them.
- Breaking the rules
Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently removed from the community or group.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Invisible Empire, including but not limited to Invisible Empire Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Invisible Empire Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Invisible Empire and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Invisible Empire Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Invisible Empire Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Invisible Empire. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Invisible Empire Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Invisible Empire brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Invisible Empire and its licensors reserve the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Invisible Empire products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Invisible Empire brand at any time without notice. In no event will Invisible Empire be liable for making these changes. Invisible Empire may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Invisible Empire services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Solomon Leadership, LLC (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned by Invisible Empire and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF SOLOMON LEADERSHIP, LLC, EXCEPT FOR USE OF SOLOMON LEADERSHIP, LLC AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Invisible Empire, the Invisible Empire logo, other Invisible Empire trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with SOLOMON LEADERSHIP, LLC are trademarks or registered trademarks of SOLOMON LEADERSHIP, LLC. in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Invisible Empire Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
